The attempt to get a default judgement by Adv Christopher Lephuthing on behalf of dismissed servants who were working for the ministry of tourism met strong opposition from counsel for respondents Adv Thomas Thakalekoala. Further, Adv. Thakalekoala said they are challenging the jurisdiction of the high court to preside over the case as the matter emanate from an employee/employer relationship
