Professor Nqosa Mahao yesterday said the Sam Matekane-led government is parceling out jobs to relatives of government ministers in a sharp reversal of its promise to allocate jobs on the basis of meritocracy. Mahao, who is the leader of the Basotho Action Party (BAP) was speaking at a press conference in Maseru.
