AN assistant director for the National Security Service (NSS) in Thaba-Tseka, Monaheng Monaheng, has filed a lawsuit in the High Court seeking reinstatement after he was “illegally” dismissed. Monaheng was fired last month after he took leave to look after his ailing father in the Mohale’s Hoek district.
