A 33-year-old man appeared before the Qacha’s Nek Magistrates’ Court for allegedly raping a six-month pregnant woman. Tšeliso Nthethe of Qabane in Mohale’s Hoek is said to have cunningly sent the woman’s younger brother away so that he could be left alone with the victim.
