Politicians either lie or talk nonsense. There is nothing in between. No either or. The best way to know if they are doing either is to see if their lips are moving. This week, Mamello Phooko, the Lesotho Congress of Delusion (LCD)’s PR MP said something utterly nonsensical during her committee’s meeting with the teachers’ unions.
