When hands of justice are shackled

“This dog hasn’t died yet. Mokoteli said we should kill this dog’.” The ‘dog’ was Poshoane Moloi who the police were assaulting with sticks and gun butts two days after the 2018 Christmas day. A few hours later, the police dumped Moloi’s body at a hospital and drove off. None of the police officers involved in the killing have been charged or disciplined despite pressure from parliament, Amnesty International and the Transformation Resource Centre (TRC).
