PRIME Minister Sam Matekane has told SADC that the impending no-confidence vote against him will sabotage the passing of the national reforms. Matekane said this in a short letter to President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia, who is also the chairman of the SADC Troika on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation this week. “It is evident that the motion of no confidence in question is motivated by greed, selfishness and the desire to subvert democratic norms and principles,” Matekane said in the letter.
