MATHIBELI Mokhothu is facing a potential banana skin in his quest to be Lesotho’s next Prime Minister. Thabo Lekoala, an ordinary Mosotho man, this week filed an urgent High Court order declaring Mokhothu unfit to be the next prime minister because he was convicted of a crime in 2007. Lekoala is also requesting the court to declare that a person with a criminal record cannot be a Prime Minister.
