THE Letšeng Diamonds (Pty) Ltd has announced that it has cut ties with Prime Minister Sam Matekane’s mining company because he is now actively involved in politics. Matekane’s company, the Matekane Mining Investment Company (MMIC), has been providing blasting, haulage and drilling services at Letšeng mine since 2005.
