POLICE Commissioner Holomo Molibeli has blamed famo music gangs, rampant stock theft, and illicit drugs sold to the youth near schools for the high rate of violence in Lesotho. Commissioner Molibeli told the parliamentary Law and Public Safety Cluster yesterday that without cooperation from the community, the police won’t succeed in stopping crimes.
