Family wiped out in ghastly attack

Seventy-two-year-old Stemmere Ishmael Haraman was axed on the neck and his lifeless body was then dragged into a nearby hut. Four others, including the Harmans’ son and his two children and a herdboy were also murdered in the mayhem in a small village of Ha-Ratomo in Mafeteng. Twigs that had been gathered around the five showed that their attackers had wanted to set the hut alight and burn their bodies.
