ENRICH Stores’ Fitness facility is expected to go under the hammer tomorrow despite last week’s pledge by the government to offer the troubled company a M15 million rescue loan. The Commercial Court ordered this week that the gym housed at the Usave building in Ha-Tsolo “will be sold on the 15th December 2023 to the highest bidder”. The government’s pledge, made through the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC), is said to have been hampered by partly bureaucracy and disunity among the company leaders. This has led to creditors pushing for the auction.
