ARMY commander Lieutenant General Mojalefa Letsoela has demanded an explanation from the Lesotho Correctional Services (LCS) boss over why detained soldiers were assaulted in custody last week. Speaking at the end of the year parade at the Makoanyane Barracks last weekend, Lt Gen Letsoela said he was not happy that the prison warders had beat up soldiers.
