WHEN the Thetsane Industrial Area was set up some 30 years ago hundreds of people rushed to build houses for rental, targeting factory workers. Indeed, many profited immensely from their properties. Others only made enough to feed their families but that is precisely what they had hoped for from their modest investments. The next three decades were a bliss and a breeze. But when fortunes turned, trouble came fast and furious.
