FORMER police boss Holomo Molibeli has asked the High Court to shut down the Lesotho Times after the paper carried a story linking him with a M40 million fraud. Molibeli has asked the High Court to declare that the printing and publishing of the Lesotho Times newspaper, or holding out or operating it as a newspaper, is unlawful, null and void.
