She has secured sponsorship from the Ministry of Social Development to pursue her studies.

The ETL General Manager for Marketing and Customer Experience, ’Mapusetso Ntšekhe, thanked the people who have been taking care of Lelapa and her siblings at the time they did not have shelter.

Ntšekhe said she hoped that they would still continue with the good work.

“I hope to see Lelapa in the future being one of the managers of a big and successful company, telling a different story,” she said.

The Mokhotlong District Administrator, Kepa Keqe, encouraged people to continue supporting ETL with all the services it offers because it plays a big role in people’s welfare.

“Econet Telecom Lesotho is able to help those in need, it meets the government half-way,” Keqe said.

Lelapa’s aunt, ’Mamolai Lelapa, thanked ETL for assisting her niece.

“My niece is blessed,” she said.

Her teacher, ’Masiyabonga Tšita, said Lelapa is one of her top students in her class.
