Likuena will take on the Central African Republic (CAR) and Morocco next month.
The squad mainly features locally based players who will begin a non-residential camp on Monday at Bambatha Tšita Sports Arena.
Notši has retained most of the players that played in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe and Rwanda in March and the recent Hollywoodbets COSAFA Championship in June.
Likuena will face Central African Republic on September 5 at the Al Jadida Stadium in Casablanca and then take on Morocco on September 9 at the Agadir Stadium.
Despite being a home game, Lesotho will play against Morocco in Morocco due to logistical reasons related to the matches.
The squad includes notable players such as Thabiso Brown who plays for Jiangxi Lushan FC in China and Thabang Malane who recently left the Lesotho Correctional Service (LCS). The squad will be trimmed down as the qualifiers approach.
Lesotho is in Group B together with Morocco, Central African Republic, and Gabon.
Likuena’s home games will continue to be hosted in South Africa as Setsoto Stadium is still unavailable.
